CHEYENNE – Cheyenne Central junior-to-be Emily Needham won the under-16 singles championship at the Level 5 District Cup on Sunday at Holliday Park in Cheyenne.

Needham beat Anna Day, 6-2, 6-4. She also partnered with Cassadie Anderson to win the under-16 doubles title.

Anderson was fourth in 16s singles.

Central graduate Cailin Brugger was fourth in the girls under-18 singles bracket. Central grad Kelsey Hardsocg won the girls 18 doubles title with partner Natalie Springer.
