CHEYENNE – Sheridan scored three consecutive goals during the third period to rally for the 4-3 victory in the Wyoming Amateur Hockey League’s Class A state tournament Friday.

Cheyenne led 3-1 early in the third period thanks to two goals from River Woods and one from Eliot Hemenway. Luke Moore added an assist for Cheyenne (10-11-0 overall).

Matthew Hooge and Toby Jacobs scored within 24 seconds of each other to lift Sheridan to the win. Capitals goaltender Brayden Kivisto stopped 18 shots.

Cheyenne faces Jackson at 6 a.m. today in Gillette.
