Six teams in the Laramie Amateur Hockey Club were in action last weekend.

19U Girls

The Girls 19U took on the Cheyenne Capitals Saturday at home, winning 6-3. The teams were tied 1-1 after the first period behind an early goal by Laramie’s Maggie Miller. Laramie added four goals in the second period: two by Miller and two by Andromeda Erikson (assisted by Miller). Emmaline Randall closed out the scoring for Laramie with an empty-net goal in the third. Laramie’s Cassie Troy made 15 saves.

18U High School

The 18U High School boys team traveled to Jackson to take on the Moose varsity team, losing both games 7-1. On Saturday, Laramie’s lone goal came early in the first from Ryan Zafft. Goalie Seth Sorensen’s save data was not available. On Sunday, Esai Jaime (from Zafft) scored the only Outlaws goal in the second. Goalie Brennen Upchurch made 29 saves.

14U Bantam

Laramie’s 14U Bantam team earned two wins against the Cheyenne Capitals at home. On Saturday, Laramie secured a 7-2 win. Laramie was ahead 2-1 at the end of the first after goals by Aaron Gallant (from Bode Winn) and Jace Moniz (from Joseph Eckert). Laramie added two scores in the second by Gallant and Maggie Miller (from Gallant and Elijah Hough) for a 4-1 lead. Laramie scored three goals in the third: two by Gallant (from Josh King) and another from Miller. Goalie Ashton Hepworth made 16 saves.

Laramie beat Cheyenne 11-3 on Sunday. Ryle Hamilton (from Logan Lussier and Eckert) and Seth Becker (from Elijah Hough) started the scoring for the Outlaws in the first. Laramie then notched eight goals in the second period: two each by Hough, Gallant and Becker with Joshua King and Logan Lussier each adding a goal. Assists were earned by Gallant, Eckert, Hamilton and Hough. Moniz closed out the scoring with a goal in the third. Ethan Rodemaker and Hepworth shared the net with 12 total saves.

12U PeeWee

The Laramie 12U Black PeeWee team played three games — two at home against the Gillette Wild and one on the road at the Cheyenne Capitals.

Laramie lost 8-4 in Cheyenne on Saturday. Carson Moniz scored three of the Laramie goals with Jace Habel scoring one. Ozzie Lewis earned an assist. Goalie Sebastian Borjas made 40 saves. Laramie lost 13-3 to the Gillette Wild Gold team on Saturday, and 13-3 on Sunday.

Saturday, Moniz, Ozzie Lewis and Mia Lewis scored goals with assists going to Moniz (2), Oscar Dillon and Tressa Thompson. Landon Lotzer made 41 saves. In Sunday’s re-match, two goals were from Landon Lotzer and one was from Moniz. Lotzer, Moniz and Benjamin Hull had assists. Goalie Sebastian Borjas recorded 20 saves.

Laramie’s 12U PeeWee Green team also went against the Gillette Wild Gold team, losing twice. On Saturday, they lost 10-1 with a goal by David Novogrodsky (from Josiah Pracheil) at the end of the second. Goalie Kyler Montez made 29 saves. On Sunday, the Outlaws lost 13-3. Cole Peterson and Landon Lotzer scored for Laramie in the first, with Paisley Chadwell (from Bracen Gruver) scoring in the third. Goaltender Erik Jacobson made 35 saves.

10U Squirts White

Laramie’s 10U Squirts White team faced off against Gillette at home. On Friday, Laramie lost 9-3. Jackson Rehor scored two goals with Jackson Borjas scoring one (from Rehor). Goalie Ethan Candelaria made 35 saves. On Saturday, the Outlaws tied Gillette 5-5. Gillette was ahead 4-3 at the end of two periods with Rehor scoring twice and Borjas once. After a quick third-period goal by Gillette, Rehor scored two more to tie the game at 5-5. Candelaria made 55 saves.
