CHEYENNE – The Cheyenne Extreme under-18 girls fastpitch softball team went 2-1 on the final day of the Summer Slam tournament Sunday in Arvada, Colorado.

The Extreme (21-7-1 overall) started the day by clubbing the Colorado Outlaws 14-0 in three innings. Cheyenne then rallied for a 7-5 win over Prodigy-Pestorious.

The Colorado Springs Thunder eliminated The Extreme with a 5-1 win in the semifinals.

Maggie Seghetti went 4 for 7 at the plate three home runs and eight RBIs.

Ariana Galicia went 2 for 3, while Kenzie Boltz was 2 for 7 with a home run.
