LARAMIE — Perhaps a little time off is just what the doctor ordered for the University of Wyoming.

Coming off a crushing 34-24 loss at the hands of archrival Colorado State, the Cowboys (1-2) were chomping at the bit to get back on the field. Their scheduled game last Saturday with Air Force was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns within the Falcons’ program, however, which gave UW a chance to stew on the Border War a little bit longer.
