LARAMIE — For the foreseeable future, University of Wyoming redshirt freshman quarterback Levi Williams has the keys to the Cowboys’ car.

UW head coach Craig Bohl confirmed that redshirt sophomore starting quarterback Sean Chambers suffered a fractured fibula in the team’s 37-34 loss at Nevada last Saturday.
