CHEYENNE – Saddle bronc rider Brody Cress – a 2014 Cheyenne East graduate – placed second at the Sioux Falls (South Dakota) Premier Rodeo last weekend, and is now 11th in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association world standings.

Cress scored 85 points in Sioux Falls to earn nearly $1,500. He has more than $96,000 in earnings this season.

Header Ty Blasingame – who now calls Casper home – is fourth in the world ($101,489).

Steer roper Trey Sheets of Cheyenne is 19th. The 2019 Cheyenne Frontier Days champion has earned more than $31,650 this season.

The top 15 in each event at the end of September qualify for the National Finals Rodeo.
