CHEYENNE – Cheyenne Wrestling Club member Liam Fox won Wyoming Amateur Wrestling Association state titles last weekend in Casper.

Fox went 4-0 with two pins and two technical falls to win the under-12, 92-pound title in Greco-Roman. He was 4-0 with two technical falls and a pin in the folkstyle tournament. He beat Pinedale’s Garrett Modole 4-1 in the final.

Fox went 3-0 with a pin and two technical falls in the freestyle tournament.

Team Braves’ Layne Warburton placed second in the under-14, 130-pound Greco-Roman division, and third in both folkstyle and freestyle.

Team Braves’ Aiden Mulhern took second in the under-8, 70-pound freestyle bracket.

Lucas Medina of Team Braves was third in freestyle in the under-12, 86-pound group. He also took fourth in folkstyle.
