CHEYENNE – Three players from the state champion Cheyenne American Legion Post 6 Hawks baseball team were part of the Wyoming Class A all-state teams, which were announced Tuesday.

Bradley Feezer and Ty Lobmeyer earned first team honors, while Tyler Schlagel was a second-teamer.

Feezer batted .377 (40 for 106) with six doubles and

28 RBIs. He also posted a 2.15 earned-run average with 32 strikeouts and a 4-2 record in 29⅓ innings on the mound.

Lobmeyer, a right-hander, had a 3.03 ERA with 71 strikeouts and an 8-3 record in 64⅔ innings.

Schlagel batted .350 (42 for 120) with six doubles, three triples, one home run and 32 RBIs.

All three players were named first team All-East Conference. Ben Bohlmann was a second team all-conference pick.

The Hawks (38-20-1) open the Northwest Regional tournament against the Utah state champions Friday in Cody.
