CHEYENNE – Cheyenne East sophomore Kaelyn Ronnau pinned Lauren Garcia of White Plains, New York, in 3 minutes, 8 seconds, to capture fifth place in the girls 152-pound bracket at the National High School Coaches Association national tournament Sunday morning in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Garcia led 5-2 midway through the second period before Ronnau trimmed the lead to 5-4 with a reversal. Ronnau turned that reversal into a pin and finished the tournament with a 6-2 record.
