Joining the Battlin’ Bears

Rock River senior Delaney Qualls signs a national letter of intent Friday to become a student-athlete at the next level and play basketball with Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont., starting next year. The guard averaged a Class 1A best 20.2 points per game and had a second-best 82% free-throw percentage. Qualls was selected to the 1A All-State team, Southeast All-Conference team and was Southeast player of the year.
