CHEYENNE – The Pine Bluffs volleyball team suffered a slight hiccup Saturday, dropping a five-game match to Glenrock, 20-25, 25-15, 22-25, 25-17, 11-15.
Junior Kammie Ragsdale led with 15 kills and 15 digs, while sophomores Sophie Howard and Hyleigh Fornstrom had 12 and nine kills, respectively.
Torri Long led with 28 digs.
Kenzie Graves had 37 assists and 20 digs.

Wyoming tennis group hands out awards
CHEYENNE – Cheyenne was well represented when the Wyoming Tennis Association handed out its annual awards Saturday at the Cheyenne Country Club.
Cheyenne Central senior Grace Dereemer was named the state’s junior girls player of the year. She finished the prep season undefeated and as the No. 1 singles state champion, helping the Lady Indians win the state title as a team.
Cheyenne South sophomore Brendan Lock was recognized as the state’s junior boys player of the year. He finished the season unbeaten and won the No. 1 singles title.
Cheyenne Tennis Association member Jesse Chavez was named volunteer of the year, while City of Cheyenne tennis instructor Chad Lace was named under-10 organizer of the year.
Roy, Sheri, Sarah and Ryan Foster of Cheyenne were named family of the year.
The Cheyenne Country Club was voted organization of the year. WyoSports/Wyoming Tribune Eagle was recognized as media outlet of the year.
Becky Fischer was given the Marie Robertson Lifetime Achievement Award.
